Is Adrenaline Healthy?

Adrenaline

Evel Knievel, Caesar’s Palace Dec 31, 1967

I don’t know what to make out of the raw mix of excitement, fear, overwhelm, joy and whoaaaaaaa– the adrenaline filled life– my life.  As a first time author, father of two and leader of a 36-state, 12,000 mile tour around USA I now spend large chunks of time in an adrenaline-filled state.  I don’t think it’s hurting me and is a heck of a lot more fun than my cubicle job I was working about a year ago today–the one I left in exchange for blazing the trail into the unknown.

So far, I have to say this adrenaline feels healthy.  I feel alive, challenged, stretched and like life has purpose again.  We don’t have to jump off a cliff or blaze mountain-bike trails to feel adrenaline–we can have it by going after things we know we should do, but scare the hell out of us.

He sometimes felt overshadowed by his large extended Northern California family, which fractured when his parents divorced, but his outings on his bike

Total Adventure “Even though I already had a connection to this book because I had met Jaimie and Garryck in Japan, I was pleasantly surprised at how well the writing and story layout was. I read 100 pages the first day, simply because I couldn’t put it down! Both then and now, Jaimie has reminded

Very pleasantly surprised with this book! Bianchini takes a big bite outta life in this adventure (and sometimes pays the price). His honesty is well, honest and his heart seems to be fixed in just the right place. This is definitely ‘feel good’ terrain but with a goal in mind. I highly recommend “A Bicycle
